They’ve all led the Orienteering Union of Østfold, today they followed the midlle-distance finals at Mørk.

Union chairman Kjell Lunde led the initiative to honour the past leaders at this year’s WOC. They received a guided tour, met the Fedration’s management and the organisers of WOC, and were treated to a VIP-experience before taking to the stands to follow the exciting competitions. 

- This is the experience of a lifetime. Couldn’t have been better, 92-year-young Kåre Holt Hansen says. The senior of the flock, Thormod Paulsen of 94, totally agrees. He drove to Mørk himself. -I still have my airplane certificate, but I’m not allowed to bring passengers, he says smiling.
